The slowly revolving dilators of increasing diameter gently widen the bone in a risk free procedure to the exact depth and direction of the final implant
After each dilator is inserted, allow 30-60 seconds before removing it
This allows time for the elasticity of the bone to respond
Laser markings provide accurate guidance for the placement of implants
